About this Project

This example is taken from a larger course developed when a group of team members were identified to be working from home (3 weeks remote, 1 week in office).

The course was designed to: Achieve work from home buy-in, communicate best practices when working from home, offer support for setting up a home office, and level-setting work from home expectations.

About this Project

This example is taken from a larger course that allowed learners to experiment in a clickable prototype of a customer service platform internal to the company.

It was observed customer service members did not have the knowledge or ability to practice finding & answering common client issues without practicing in a production environment.

The course was launched to help team members practice locating common client issues within the platform in a low stake environment.
